Returns & Exchanges Your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the intimate nature of our products, we must maintain strict hygiene standards.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, panties, adhesive bras, and opened hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened.
